James K. - Poet, Author, Activist, CEO and Founder of Black Pros Ink

Being a veteran of the US Army, and having a B.S. Degree in Pan-African Studies, James K. knows first hand the social, economic and political hardships inherent in being a person of color in America. It was during his many travels that James K. began to better understand the significant obstacles facing our youths of color, both domestically and abroad. In the spirit of the great community and social leaders before him, James K. realized that one is either part of the problem or part of the solution. These experiences compelled him to seek realistic alternatives for the problems facing black America.

A devoted family man, poet and author, James K. continues to educate himself, continues to be a positive black male role model, and he continues to spread the importance of education and literacy in his message to others.

Having successfully navigated the many pitfalls that have overcome so many, James K. is compelled to give back through his writings and poetry as many black poets and writers have done before him.
